We have been selling antique persian rugs since 1978. From the late 19th century to approximately 1950 the state of the art antique persian rugs were hand-woven in Iran (Persia). Particularly before World War II most antique persian rugs were woven with natural dyes. These are one of a kind products, and of course, there is a finite quantity of them. There is no more production of these exquisite items. Although there are reproductions of these made in Turkey and India that are fine, but not generally one of a kinds and have a totally different knot. In twenty plus years we have cultivated an extensive collection of loyal suppliers of one of a kind antique persian rugs.
